Ingredients:
1 cup goat yoghurt 1/2 cup water Salt White pepper 1/2 cup cilantro 1/2 cup barley Pomegranate seeds Directions: Whisk yoghurt and water. Place on stove Add salt and white pepper (adjust to taste) Add barley and cilantro. Simmer on low heat until soup thickens for about 25 minutes. Decorate with fruit of paradise, pomegranate seeds.
