Amore and I are back, back to intense training and getting ready to run Houston Marathon, Yeeeeeehaaaa.
Woke up on a Saturday morning to run a 6 k follwed by an hour of weight lifting.

1 1/2 cup whole wheat protein packed waffle mix
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 egg
1 tbsp butter
