summer yoghurt soup

Ingredients:

3 cups plain yoghurt
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cooked black lentils
2 small cucumbers
1/3 cup fresh parsley
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
Salt
1/2 tbsp oregano
Rose petals for decoration


Preparation:

Place yoghurt and water in a blender.  Pulse for 2 seconds.
Pour in a serving bowl
Add lentils, cucumbers, parsley, cilantro, salt, oregano.
