I have always been faithful to my authentic ingredients and today's dip is fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. I have used the same ingredients of Baba Ghannouj, eggplant dip, but with beans. YUMMY
Ingredients:
1 cup red kidney beans
2 minced garlic
2 lemon juice
6 tbsp tahini, sesame paste
Salt
Pinch red chili flakes
1 tsp ground cumin
Drizzle olive oil
Dry mint
Pita bread or chips
Preparation:
Cook red kidney beans for about 45 minutes. Drain from water and place in a food processor.
Add garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt, chili flakes, and cumin. Blend. Add little water if dip is too thick
Serve on a platter with a drizzle of olive oil and a touch of dry mint. Dip in and enjoy
