Pistachio Balls

I still remember the first time I prepared those pistachio balls. My mom quickly prepared the mix and said,"Here sweetie, help me out.  I am running out of time."
​They are easy, quick to prepare, and healthy.


Ingredients:

2 cups pistachios
1 cup fruit and seed granola or any kind of granola
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp rose water
1 tbsp orange blossom

Preparation:

Mix the pistachios, granola, coconut milk, rose water, and orange blossom in a bowl.  Shape the dough into balls.  Place in paper cup or mold. * The balls will be sticky before chilling
Chill for an hour
Serve
