A simple, easy, refreshing dessert goes back to an old name in the souk of beautiful downtown Beirut called Intably.
Intably was and still known by his Muhalabiyeh and Ashtaliyeh (milk pudding) cocktails, and fresh exotic fruits.

Ingredients:
For the milk pudding:
2 cups whole milk
1/3 cup cornstarch diluted 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
Orange blossom
Pistachio
Pomegranate seeds for decoration
For the orange pudding:
2 cups fresh orange juice
1/3 cup cornstarch diluted in 1/2 cup water
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp rose water
Preparation:
In a small saucepan, add two cups orange juice. Add the diluted cornstarch. Place on the stove and cook on low heat stirring contineously until mixture thickens. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes
Remove from heat
Add sugar and rose water.
Pour 1/3 of the orange mixture into your serving cups or bowls. Set aside to cool
Sprinkle a layer of ground pistachio (grind in a food processor) on top
In a saucepan, add the milk and the diluted cornstarch. Stir contineously and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes ( until mixture thickens)
Add the sugar and the orange blossom
Remove from heat
Pour the milk pudding on top of the orange pistachio layer
Sprinkle with ground pistachio or whole pistachio
Decorate with pomegranate seeds
Place in the fridge for two hours
