kale and walnut salad

Ingredients:
Pita bread
1 bag kale
1 big sliced onion
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
Salt 
Black pepper to taste
1 small lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Parmesan  cheese for garnish

Directions:
Bring a pot to a boil
Add 1/4 tsp salt
Add kale.  Cover and boil for 15 minutes.  Drain in a colander

Coat a pot with olive oil
Add the sliced onions.  Sautee on high heat with 1/4 tsp salt for about 10 minutes
Add the kale and stir with onions 
Cook with lid open for 5 minutes
Add black pepper
Serve kale on a platter
Add walnuts

Add the chopped cilantro
Add lemon juice
Garnish with parmesan ​
​Eat with pita
