kale and beet salad

Ingredients:
1 small bag of kale
4 beets
3 green onions
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
1 tbsp pomegranate sauce
1 lemon juice

Directions:
Prepare two boiling pots.  Add beets to one pot.  Add kale to another pot.
Boil kale for 25 minutes. Boil beets for 45 minutes
Drain kale in a colander
Remove beets from boiling pot. Peel and cut length wise
Place kale in a salad bowl
Add chopped onions
In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, salt, black pepper,pomegranate sauce,and olive oil.
Add to kale
Toss well
Add the sliced beets
Serve
