Hummus Kale wraps

Hey guys,
Are you overwhelmed with Thanksgiving shopping and Thanksgiving menus? Thanksgiving travel? Dinner arrangements?
Last night, I prepared this wrap before packing my suitcase for travel and was so delicious.  I had two wraps :( one with hummus and the other with guacamole.  
And because Kale is my green friend :), I got inspired to share my creation.

Ingredients:
Multigrain flat bread
1 pound ground beef
Drizzle of olive oil
1 onion
1 parsley
Salt
Black pepper
1 tbsp caraway
1 handful of cooked kale

Toppings:
Hummus
Tomatoes
Radish
Green onions
Romaine lettuce

Preparation:
Prepare the food processor.  Add the onion and the parsley.  Pulse for few seconds. Add the beef with salt, black pepper, and caraway.
Heat a skillet with olive oil.  Add the beef mix to the skillet.  Cook on medium to low heat until fully cooked.
In the meantime, bring a pot to a boil.  Add 1 tsp salt to the pot.  Add the kale and cook for 10 minutes.  Place in a colander/squeeze by hand to remove excess water.
Prepare flat bread.  Spread one tbsp of hummus on bread. Add the beef, the kale, and the desired topping.
