Halibut cooked in Tahini

Picture
Fish lovers,
Every time I cook fish, I remember my son's high school friend throwing jokes about Lebanese people and how much they love to fish and eat fish :)

Ingredients:
2 Halibut fillet
10 chopped garlic
Salt
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp cumin
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 bunch cilantro
2 lemon juice
1/2 cup tahini
Multigrain tortillas
Parsley/radish for garnish

Preparation:
Mix salt, chili flakes, and cumin in a bowl.  Rub halibut with spice mix
Prepare a skillet with oil.  Chop garlic into small pieces.  Fry garlic *Do not burn garlic
Add halibut to skillet.  Fry 3 to 4 minutes on each side.  Add chopped cilantro to halibut
In a bowl, mix tahini paste with lemon juice.  Add a pinch of salt and whisk.  Add tahini sauce to halibut.  Simmer for 5 minutes.
Prepare tortillas.  Wrap halibut with tortillas.  Garnish with parsley and radish and enjoy for Sunday brunch.

Sahtein/Enjoy
