Spring is my favorite season. Each and every year, I feel blessed in witnessing a complete cycle of growth, life, color, and beauty surrounding me.
I see spring as a greeting full of light and energy, full of sight, sound, and smell.
Ingredients:
One small head color cauliflower
!/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 squeezed lemon
4 tbsp sesame paste, Tahini
5 tbsp lemon juice
1 small minced garlic
1/3 tsp turmeric
Parsley for garnish
Directions:
Heat grill
In the meantime, place cauliflower in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil, salt, and one squeezed lemon. Toss all together
Grill cauliflower for 10 minutes
Remove from heat and arrange on a plate
In a bowl, combine sesame paste, salt, 5 tbsp lemon juice, garlic, and turmeric. Mix (soften paste with water, 3 tbsp, if paste too thick)
Drizzle paste on color florets
Garnish with parsley
