ginger lime scallops

It is the time of the year where amore and I start our running training together preparing for half marathons.  Good training requires healthy nutritious food/ meals.  Our body demands it!
So today, I have prepared scallops (80% protein) sauted in fresh ginger and lime juice , fresh cilantro too.  Good and unique in taste.

Ingredients:
1 pound fresh scallops
1 lime juice
1 lemon juice
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 bunch fresh cilantro
Salt
Black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation:
In a blender, mix ginger, lime juice, lemon juice, salt and black pepper
Wash scallops and place in a bowl
Add ginger mix to scallops and marinate for one hour
Prepare a skillet.  Heat olive oil.  Add the chopped cilantro to the skillet.  Sear the scallops for 2 minutes on each side. 

I wrapped my scallops with whole wheat pita bread
