I love the phase when I channel my whole energy into fitness, health, and delicious meals. For many mannnny years, exercise has been my biggest hobby and now I'm adding a little spice to it.
See folks, my problem (my big little secret) is that I have a sweet tooth but I believe that every problem has a solution. My solution during this channeled controlled journey is eliminating desserts :( and carbohydrates from my diet).
Now, my diet is rich with protein, vegetables, fruits, and shakes, YUM
Here is my shake for after workout. Here is my shake for breakfast too.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup full fat unsweetened yoghurt (could be plain or flavored. I love the coconut flavor)
1/4 cup whole milk
1 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 banana
3 strawberries
1 inch fresh ginger peeled and chopped
Place all ingredients in a blender. Mix well, SLURP!
