Amore and I agreed on cheating with dessert once or twice a week and apply the golden rule of eating fruit for dessert.
So, here I am presenting a majestic fruit bowl topped with dates and nuts.
Ingredients:
Grapes and berries or your choice of fresh fruit
1 1/2 cup chobani yoghurt
3 ripe pears
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp rose water
Walnut, pistachio, pine nuts
Chopped dates
Preparation:
Layer berries and grapes in a bowl
In a blender, mix yoghurt, fresh mint, honey, and ripe pears
Blend
Pour yoghurt mix on fruit
Add rose water
Add chopped dates
Add nuts
Yum yum
