Ingredients:
Pita bread
2 eggplant
2 lemon juice
Salt
1 fresh cilantro
Olive oil
Preparation:
Brush some pita bread or some flat flax bread with olive oil or butter and bake until golden brown. Cut your eggplant into pieces (leave skin on), sprinkle with salt, and fry eggplant. Let eggplant cool down. Place the eggplant in your food processor with a pinch of himalayan salt, a bunch of fresh cilantro, lemon juice and pulse for seconds. Serve, impress, enjoy!!!
