egg white and labneh sliders

Amore and I add a little sunshine to our breakfast after every workout. Our favorite post workout healthy breakfast is our cool down to start our busy day.

Ingredients:
6 egg whites
Salt
Black pepper
4 tbsp labneh (greek yoghurt)
1 tbsp dry za'tar (thyme)
Pita bread
Mint and olives for garnish

Preparation:
Heat oven to 400 degrees F
Whisk egg whites
Add salt and black pepper
 Pour in a small baking pan
Bake for about 15 minutes
Cut into squares
Spread Labneh on egg whites
Drizzle with Za'tar
Decorate with mint and olives
