dandelion salad

Happy people,
The day I find Dandelion at the grocery store feels like finding a gem. I instantly buy it, I boil it, and make a salad. 

Have a wonderful evening everyone.

Ingredients:
2 bunch dandelion
Pinch of salt
1/2 lemon juice
Drizzle of olive oil

Radish (garnish)
Goat cheese (garnish)

Preparation:
Cut and wash dandelion
Boil dandelion for 30 minutes to get rid of any bitterness
Place in a colander
Squeeze by hand to get rid of any excess water
Add salt
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Top with goat cheese and radish
