Creativity is the mother of invention and how I love to play around with my ingredients and dessert preparation. I can have this dessert for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, YUM
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
6 large egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 mystic (optional)
Hot water
Pistachios whole or ground
Walnuts
Raisins
Berries
Preparation:
Heat oven to 375 degrees F
Whisk sugar and egg yolks until fully blended. Ad the cream bit by bit. Pour the mix in small ramekins. Place the ramekins in a baking tray. Pour hot water in tray to come halfway up the sides of ramekins. Bake for about 30 minutes. Remove and place in fridge to set, about two hours.
Serve your chilled creme in a plate. Top with pistachios, walnuts, raisins, and berries.
