Couscous Salad

The first time I had couscous was at my grandma's cute apartment in Beirut and it was one of the best couscous or moghrabieh I've had.  It was moist and full of caraway flavor.  So lately, I have been adding couscous to my salad.  Refreshing and stylish!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked couscous
2 cups chopped spinach
1/2 cup feta cheese
Handful of pomegranate seeds
Handful of roasted pine nuts

Dressing:
Salt to taste
Lemon juice
Sumac
Olive oil
