cod wrapped with grape leaves

Fish lovers,
Time to wrap Cod with grape leaves!

Ingredients:
Cod fish fillet ( serving for 4)
15 large grape leaves
Salt
Black pepper
Drizzle of olive oil
1 lemon juice
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup mint
3 minced garlic

Preparation:
Heat the grill
Prepare a bowl.  Add chopped parsley, mint, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.  Mix well.  Add fish to bowl. Marinade for 30 minutes 
Remove stems from grape leaves.  Wrap each fillet in 2 to 3 grape leaves. Brush grape leaves with olive oil.  Place fish on broiler pan or grill rack.  Grill for 10- 15 minutes.  Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice on fillet wraps.
