The Mediterranean dishes are for everyone who loves easy wholesome recipes. I prepared this dish in ONE skillet and DONE!
Ingredients:
16 oz green beans
2 pounds chicken tenderloins
1 chopped onion
10 garlic cloves
2 pints Cherub tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp all spice
2 tbsp tomato paste
Preparation:
In a bowl, marinade chicken tenders in salt, black pepper, cumin, garlic powder, all spice and a drizzle of olive oil. Cover and place in fridge
In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil. Sautee onions and garlic. Add split green beans to skillet. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Sautee on low heat uncovered for 15 minutes
Add tomatoes to skillet. Mix 2 cups hot water with tomato paste and add to skillet. Cook beans for 25 minutes on medium to low heat
Add tenders to skillet with beans and cook on medium to high heat for 10 minutes
