Ingredients:
4 cups whole milk
4 tbsp cornstarch
6 oz of cream (puck)
1/3 cup sugar
2 mystic gum grounded
1 tbsp orange blossom
Apple topping:
3 peeled apples cut into small pieces
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/3 cup water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp orange blossom
Pistachio for garnish
Preparation/Milk Pudding:
In a saucepan, stir milk and cornstarch. Place on a stove on medium to low heat.
Bring to a boil and keep heat on low
Add cream
Add sugar
Cook for 7 minutes
At the end, add mystic gum
Add orange blossom
Pour in a serving bowl and chill in the fridge for about an hour.
Preparation/ apple topping:
Prepare a small saucepan, mix water and cornstarch. Place on stove
Add apples, cinnamon, and sugar
Bring to a boil then cook on low heat for 10 minutes
Remove from stove then add orange blossom
Remove milk pudding from the fridge and pour apple mix in the centre
Return serving bowl to the fridge
Garnish with pistachio
