Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1/2 cup granulated brown sugar
6 tbsp butter
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 1/2 tsp anise, divided
3 cups powdered sugar
Preparation:
Mix flour and baking powder in a medium bowl
In a mixer, beat eggs, sugar, butter, oil, and 1 1/2 tsp anise
Add the dry ingredients
Mix to combine
Roll into small balls
Place on a baking pan lined with foil
Place in a fridge for about 2 hours
Heat oven to 350 degrees F
Bake cookies until golden brown

Mix powdered sugar and remaining anise. Add water by the spoon to form a glaze. Whisk

Set aside and enjoy with a cup of cappuccino
